Conduit Managed Node Mining Pools
Frequently asked Questions
Have questions? You’re not alone. Here’s key details related to contributing Founders Core nodes.
1. Getting Started
What are the next steps after I contribute my Founders Core?
The registration window for contributing your Founders Core nodes closes Monday, October 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM PT. Once it closes, you’ll receive an email with confirmation details, your assigned Phase, and step-by-step instructions — including KYC and dashboard access.
Is there a dashboard where I can track my incentives?
Yes. Your Conduit Wallet serves as your dashboard to view all incentives — including Tokens, Squares, Points, and any Yield earned.
2. CNTS, Squares and Points
What is CNTS, and when does it become redeemable?
CNTS is the Conduit Network’s native staking and liquidity pool token, designed to manage risk and provide liquidity. It represents your proportional share of the Mining Pool's underlying assets and becomes redeemable for a proportional share of the staking and liquidity pool's assets after 2 years.
When are Squares rewarded?
Squares are distributed approximately one month after the associated economic activity has been completed.
When and how are Points awarded?
You'll be eligible to receive Points based on the number of Squares you hold each month. You must have held the Squares for the entire month in which the economic activity occurred and are awarded points the following month. After that, your active Squares generate new Points monthly for as long as your Squares remain activated by continuous contributions to the rewards network.
Do Squares and Points both generate yield?
Only Squares generate ongoing Points as yield. Points do not generate yield — they’re designed for spending and circulation within the network.
Are there lockups on the incentives received from the Mining Pools?
Here’s how each incentive type works:
- CNTS Tokens — These have a 2-year redemption period.
- Squares — Distributed about 30 days after your transaction is completed. Once you receive your Squares, you’ll begin earning Points monthly for as long as your Squares remain active.
- Points — Spendable immediately once received.
3. Earning Rewards
Do I earn yield from my CNTS during the 2-year redemption period?
Yes. Your CNTS participates in yield generation liquidity and risk staking for as long as they are held but yield stops once they are redeemed.
What can I do with my Rewards right away?
Points can be spent as soon as the rewards network launches with other rewards network participants and partners in the network, including network gas fees. A public directory is being curated to show where and how Points can be used — including participating businesses, goods, and services.
What do I need to do to continue receiving monthly Points?
To receive new Points each month, you must continue to make purchases within the network. You will continue to receive monthly points until the points received exceed 120% of the points generated by your in-network purchases. This design stimulates healthy economic activity across the network.
Can I set up my business to accept Points?
Yes, you will shortly be able to add any business to the rewards network to accept and contribute to the network rewards program. When businesses do this they will earn Squares and Points themselves and when they accept points for payments they receive settlement tokens which will be able to be converted to cash.
How do I keep my Squares active?
To keep your Squares active, you must continue to participate in economic activity within the network that generates contributions to the rewards network. All network-based services and purchases will make contributions to the rewards program with every purchase.
4. Yield details
What is meant by “periodic” yield?
“Periodic” refers to regular yield distributions — typically quarterly — depending on staking and liquidity pool performance.
How much is the yield?
The yield is greater than zero, meaning rewards exceed the base asset value. Exact rates vary with pool performance.
Can I choose how I receive my yield?
Currently, all yield is distributed in CNDT. In the future, we may expand yield options to include BTC, ETH, and USDC — giving you the flexibility to choose or diversify your distribution assets. Yield cannot be paid out in CNTS. Distribution timing is managed to minimize gas fees relative to transaction size.
5. Long-Term Participation
Are CNTS tokens tradeable?
Yes. CNTS tokens earned as a result of mining pools have no lock up perversion, they are just not redeemable during the first 2 years.
What rewards do I receive during the mining pool operations?
During the operation of your mining node, you will continue to receive CNTS, Squares, Points, and CNTS Yield according to your participation and the pool’s performance. Earning Squares requires the node to increase its economic activity, as measured by CROP (a rewards contribution).
If I contribute my Founders Core node, will I still receive rewards long term?
Yes. Your active Squares continue to generate monthly Points indefinitely, even after your node has been contributed or reaches the end of its useful life.
6. Governance
Do I have governance rights in the DAO?
No. Only the Mining Pool Manager holds governance rights for the pool. Participants benefit economically but do not vote on DAO operations.
How long does the Managed Node Mining Pool last?
The pool remains active as long as the deployed nodes are functional and producing value. At the 2-year mark, your CNTS can be redeemed or held to continue to generate Yield.
Who ensures I stay connected to the network after contributing my node?
The Managed Node Mining Pool Manager oversees the cluster and all reward delivery is automatically performed by Computable Contracts. All rewards and balances remain visible in your Conduit Wallet.
7. Node Contribution Details
If I contribute my Founders Core nodes, do I still receive or retain ownership of the hardware?
No. By contributing your Founders Core to the Managed Node Mining Pool, you are relinquishing physical delivery and ownership of both the hardware and its license. Your node becomes part of a professionally managed cluster deployed globally to unlock enhanced rewards and incentives.
Will I still have control over my node’s operation or use?
No. Control transfers to the Managed Node Mining Pool Manager, who operates it on your behalf. In return, you benefit from increased rewards, simplified management, and long-term participation in the Conduit Network’s shared growth.
