Conduit Network Identity
Overview
Conduit Network provides a robust Identity Service that supports the management of natural persons, businesses, foundations, DAOs and virtually any entity that can be constructed. The robustness of the Identity Service is due in large part to the fact that it must also support the Conduit Network Accounting Services which must inherently consider jusidictional legal and tax implications. For this reason some concepts may be new or may have not been considered in a consolidated software suite like Conduit Network. This documentation is intended to help bring understanding of these concepts and how they are architected in the Conduit Network.
The following image is a good jumping off point to begin the explanation of some of the structures in the Conduit Network Identity Service.
As seen in the diagram above Login-Id, Actor, Authorizations, and Party are some of the core building blocks of the Conduit Network Identity Services. This basic example shows how a Login-Id is used to authenticate an Actor who is then granted Authorizations to "act as" an Party for certain actions within the Network.
